4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Podcast Ideas Inc. as part of the Services (excluding client-provided content) are the intellectual property of Podcast Ideas Inc. or its licensors. Upon full payment for services, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final podcast audio content created specifically for you by us.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for all services will be specified in a separate agreement or invoice. All fees are due as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Podcast Ideas Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
